- A PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING will be held on Monday, November 24 at 8:00 PM at the Minto Community Center. The purpose is to provide information concerning the closing of the Harvey Avenue railroad crossing. There will be a special election held on December 9, 2008, addressing an initiated ordinance to repoen the crossing.
